Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the S2S website, submit an inquiry, use S2S CV Studio or access another S2S service through this website. Product-specific quotations, subscription terms or written agreements may add to these terms.
1. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to damage the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload malicious files, misuse private links or submit content that you do not have the right to use.
2. Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to S2S is accurate and lawful. This includes inquiry details, CV content, profile photos, references, project material, payment information and any files supplied for creative or production work.
3. S2S CV Studio
- Editing and previewing may be available before payment. Unpaid previews can contain a watermark, and print or PDF actions remain locked until payment is approved.
- Your private resume link acts as access to the CV draft. Keep it confidential and do not share it with anyone you do not trust.
- You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, qualifications, contact details and all other facts before export.
- AI-assisted prompts and ATS-readiness checks are guidance tools only. They do not guarantee accuracy, an interview, employment or acceptance by any recruitment system.
- S2S may reject an upload or suspend a CV session if it appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive or technically harmful.
4. CV payments and approval
The price and payment instructions shown for the CV order at the time of payment apply to that order. Bank-transfer customers must submit a genuine payment slip. Cash approval may be completed by an authorized administrator. Download access is enabled only after S2S confirms payment.
If payment was made but access was not unlocked, contact S2S with the order code and transaction details. Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the service already provided, the digital access delivered, the applicable quotation or policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. S2S Production work
Printing, design and studio work may be subject to a separate quotation, proof, schedule and payment arrangement. Customers should review and approve names, numbers, spelling, dimensions, quantities and artwork before final production. Reasonable colour or material variation may occur between screens, proofs and physical output.
6. S2S POS and digital products
S2S POS accounts may be subject to separate onboarding, trial, pricing, support and subscription conditions shown during registration or agreed with S2S. You are responsible for authorized account use, protecting login details and checking the accuracy of business data entered into the system.
7. Availability and changes
S2S may improve, replace, limit or temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep active services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
The S2S name, website design, software, templates and original service material remain the property of S2S or the relevant rights holder. Your original content remains yours. You give S2S the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the requested service.
9. Responsibility and limitations
S2S will provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, S2S is not responsible for indirect loss, decisions made from inaccurate customer-supplied information, unauthorized sharing of a private CV link, third-party service interruptions or outcomes that the service does not promise. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy →.
11. Contact
If you have a question about these terms, a payment or a service, use the S2S contact page →.
